Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CMX operational strategy aligned to goals.
• Design governance models and operating rhythms for growth.
• Evaluate trends to inform future CMX strategy.
• Define and manage OKRs, dashboards, and governance adherence.
• Drive efficiency by standardizing procedures and removing friction.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Business Systems to optimize platforms.
