Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Executive Director, Global Medical Strategy (Mood Disorder MPL) to lead the psychiatry medical strategy globally, aligning cross-functional partners to drive launches and ongoing commercialization. You will oversee a team of Medical Strategy leads and collaborate with Commercial, R&D, Regulatory, HEOR, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10–15+ years in pharmaceutical development or life sciences.
• 4+ years in medical affairs (WW or US) in Psychiatry/mood disorder.
• Strong biopharma drug development and commercialization knowledge.
• Experience with global/global-regional medical strategy and launches.

Responsabilités

• Lead psychiatry medical strategy and global execution for mood disorders.
• Oversee global medical planning for launches and commercialization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Regulatory, Safety, etc.).
• Lead late-life cycle medical activities including labeling and safety.
• Manage medical budget to meet defined targets.
• Drive regional medical affairs strategies with market access and commercial teams.
• Develop congress strategies, field medical plans, and training.
• Provide expert insights on psychiatry trends and treatment options.
• Oversee training content for markets and field medical staff.
• Collaborate on medical data generation plans and publications.
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and societies.
• Lead advisory meetings with key opinion leaders.
