Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director, Global Medical Neuroscience, Psychiatry, Mood Disorders to lead medical strategy and cross-functional execution across the asset lifecycle. You will partner with US Medical Strategy, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and HEOR to advance Mood Disorders programs and ensure scientific integrity in communications.

Ideal candidates bring advanced degrees and 7+ years in biopharma with Mood Disorders experience, plus a proven ability to lead matrixed teams,

Formación

Advanced degree (PhD, MD, DO, NP, PA, PharmD) in a scientific discipline; MD/PhD strongly preferred.
7+ years of progressive professional experience in pharmaceutical development with Mood Disorders.
Minimum 3 years of medical affairs (WW or US) experience in Psychiatry or Mood Disorders.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
Global US/Global medical affairs or clinical development experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

Lead the development and execution of the Medical Plan aligned with disease area and product strategies.
Represent Medical in strategic forums and partner with Commercial, Regulatory, and R&D functions.
Translate evolving Mood Disorders landscape into actionable medical strategies and programs.
Support asset development decisions and lifecycle management for Mood Disorders assets.
Build relationships with thought leaders and external researchers; represent externally.
