Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline; MD/PhD strongly preferred.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical development or life sciences with increasing responsibility.
• Minimum 3 years in medical affairs (WW or US) focused on Psychiatry or Mood Disorders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Medical Matrix Team activities to execute Medical Plan.
• Represent Medical in cross-functional forums and advise Mood Disorders programs.
• Translate mood disorder landscape into actionable medical strategies.
• Support asset development decisions and lifecycle management for Mood Disorders.
• Develop and execute Integrated Medical Plans aligned with portfolio priorities.
• Mentor and develop medical team members in a collaborative culture.
• Ensure SOP compliance and high-quality deliverables in medical activities.
