Qualifications

• Passion for RAN’s mission and values.
• Experience leading a complex nonprofit or NGO at CEO/senior level.
• Strong media/public relations and external representation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation to drive strategic direction.
• Communicate RAN's values and impact to stakeholders, media, and boards.
• Set and achieve fundraising targets with major donors and institutions.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with program allies globally.
• Foster inclusive culture and transparent practices.
• Ensure board directives, reporting, and governance alignment.
• Prepare annual budget and maintain sound financial practices.
• Ensure legal compliance and oversee legal matters.
