Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director, Global Client Delivery Biotech to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will oversee global client delivery for biotech accounts, with a strong focus on project and program management across a complex, service-driven environment. The role is responsible for building a high-performing team, strengthening governance, and improving operational effectiveness to support client outcomes. You will partner closely with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, resource allocation, and organizational readiness in support of growth and execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $190,000 – $260,000 annually
