Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Executive Director in Data, Analytics, and AI to lead the customer success function and drive GenAI adoption across the organization. You will steer a high-performing team, shape go-to-market initiatives, and foster client-centric change management to accelerate value realization.

You will collaborate with product, technology, and business leaders to maximize awareness and engagement of GenAI-driven products, guiding strategic execution and measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in customer success and change management in tech or AI environments.
• Proven track record driving large-scale transformations and adoption initiatives.
• Deep understanding of data, analytics, and AI product landscapes, incl. GenAI.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across senior leadership.
• Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing customer success team and set strategic direction.
