Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Asan AI/ML Executive Director within the AI for Operations organization to advance cutting-edge large-scale Agentic-AI, GenAI, NLP and Search Systems for customers and internal agents across the bank’s operations.

You will lead a team of ML researchers and engineers, collaborate with product, data and engineering, and shape the full product lifecycle from objective definition to roadmap execution, while driving innovation and delivering high-impact AI solutions.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science with strong research and industry work in AI/ML, NLP and Information Retrieval.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills to present analytical findings and influence stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience developing large-scale ML solutions based on big data (classification, regression, recommender systems).
• 10–15 years of advanced programming across more than one language (prefer Spark, Python, Scala, Java).
• Strong background in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, compilers, distributed computing and databases.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of ML researchers and engineers; provide technical and career guidance.
• Align with cross-functional partners including product, data and engineering.
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle from objective setting to roadmap delivery.
• Act as an advanced architect and code contributor for Agentic-AI, GenAI, NLP and ML systems.
• Foster continuous learning and new knowledge sharing within the organization.
