Job summary

Granby Ranch is seeking a dynamic Director of Food and Beverage to lead multiple dining outlets and set a strategy for culinary options and guest experiences. You will manage staff, budgets, menus, and vendor relations across the resort, working with Mountain Ops, Marketing, HR, and Facilities to deliver exceptional F&B experiences.

The role requires ServSafe and Colorado RV training, a minimum of five years in F&B management, and a proven track record in budget ownership and multi-unit

Qualifications

• Five+ years in food & beverage management.
• ServSafe Certification and Colorado RV training required.
• Budgeting, cost control, andMenu planning experience.
• Experience multi-outlet resort environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for multiple dining outlets (restaurant, dining hall, bar, catering).
• Manage menus, purchasing, and COST OF GOODS SERVED; negotiate with vendors.
• Set staffing levels, schedules, payroll approvals, and training.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with health and liquor codes.
