Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive F&B leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or multi-outlet environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple F&B outlets as a profit center.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, cost control, and revenue growth experience.
• Experience with banquet and event operations, menu development, and execution.
• Knowledge of food safety, health codes, and liquor licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all F&B operations across resort outlets and events.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability through pricing, labor optimization, and cost controls.
• Lead menu development with culinary leadership and ensure consistency and seasonal innovation.
• Oversee banquet, events, and private dining from planning to execution and follow-up.
• Develop and manage F&B budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
