Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive F&B leadership in a hotel/resort environment.
• Experience managing multiple F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, poolside, banquets).
• Proven ability to manage P&L, control costs, and drive revenue in a profit-center operation.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for all F&B operations across resort outlets.
• Develop and execute a strategic F&B vision, expanding Wild Finch beyond dinner service.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability through pricing, labor, and cost controls.
• Oversee banquet, events, and private dining operations from planning to execution.
• Lead menu development with culinary leadership and seasonal innovation.
