Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in upscale or luxury hotels.
• Experience managing large banquets and catering operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and leadership for all food and beverage operations.
• Oversee all operations ensuring consistent execution of quality and service standards.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and forecasts.
