Job summary

Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) seeks a Lead Government Information Specialist to act as a Team Leader in the Privacy, Civil Liberties, and Freedom of Information directorate. You will oversee privacy compliance for DCSA records and support FOIA, Privacy Act programs across components and customer agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience with FOIA, Privacy Act programs and related regulations.
• Experience with personnel vetting missions and operations and related authorities.
• Experience with records management/retention, information sharing, and IT systems.
• Experience leading projects/workloads and training or post-audit activities.
• Experience compiling and analyzing statistical data to inform recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage privacy, FOIA and privacy act program operations within the branch.
• Review and draft policies related to FOIA, Privacy and records management.
• Coordinate casework and provide quality oversight and training.
• Compile and analyze statistical data to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
