Job summary

U.S. Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) seeks a Supervisory Industrial Security Specialist to lead field office operations within the assigned area. You will ensure program compliance with industrial security standards and direct vital security duties across the organization.

The role requires specialized experience at or above GS-13, strong leadership, and the ability to oversee security surveys and compliance initiatives to protect national security interests.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience equivalent to or above the GS/GG-13 level.
• Experience applying NISP laws, regulations, and security policies.
• Proven ability to lead investigations, surveys, and security assessments.
• Ability to adapt leadership style to complex security environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and integrate field office operations within the assigned AOR.
