Job summary

The Defense Information Systems Agency is seeking a senior financial manager to oversee budgeting, planning, and performance analysis across DISA programs at Fort Meade, MD, with potential support at Letterkenny Army Depot, PA, and Mechanicsburg, PA.

You will direct all budget phases, develop DWCF rates, and lead long-term strategic planning while ensuring compliance with DoD directives and agency policies. Strong leadership and ability to convey findings to senior leaders are essential.

Qualifications

• Specialized GS-14 experience in financial analysis, budget development, and presenting to senior leaders.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience developing and executing financial models for budgets and spend plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate a diverse professional staff across budget formulation, project coordination, customer support, and performance analysis.
• Direct all budget phases, formulate DWCF rates, and ensure financial operations comply with laws and regulations.
• Lead strategic planning for services and related business requirements; develop SLAs and policies.
• Analyze methods and metrics to resolve inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and execute organizational policies and internal controls ensuring DoD directives compliance.
