JPMorgan Chase seeks an Experience Design Executive Director to lead UX strategy at the intersection of trust, security, and innovation. You will guide the design of secure sign-in, identity verification, account recovery, and risk-based alerts while mentoring a global team of designers.

You will partner with Cybersecurity, Fraud, Risk, Legal, and Product to shape inclusive experiences that protect customers and enable seamless digital engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in user experience design.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams of experience designers.
• Inclusive design and accessibility guidelines experience.
• Experience leading high-trust, high-stakes digital experiences.
• Experience in regulated fintech or security-focused environments.
• Ability to partner with Cybersecurity, Legal, Product, and Technology teams.
