Legends Global is seeking a Director of Transportation and Mobility Services at NRG Park in Houston, TX. The role provides strategic oversight for transportation, parking, mobility, and traffic management across 350+ acres, supporting NFL games, rodeo events, concerts, and large conventions.

The candidate will lead planning, operations, vendor management, and compliance programs, driving safety, efficiency, and guest experience for millions of annual visitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Urban Planning, Operations, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transportation and mobility strategies for year-round operations.
• Oversee parking, shuttle, ADA loading areas, and wayfinding planning.
• Manage real-time traffic, incident response, and congestion mitigation for all events.
• Lead vendor negotiations and monitor performance against KPIs and safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, DOT, and local regulations across operations.
• Provide leadership and development for transportation and parking teams.
