Job summary

The University of Rochester seeks a Director of EHR Revenue Cycle Applications to lead a cross-functional team responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of revenue-cycle modules integrated with Epic EHR.

You will drive charge capture accuracy, claims processing, AR follow-up, denials management and real-time dashboards, partnering with clinical, finance and IT to align technology with end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience.
• Epic experience preferred (3 years).
• Academic medical center or health-system experience preferred.
• EPIC certification upon hire required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises staff and resources for revenue-cycle ops.
• Leads development, implementation and maintenance of revenue-cycle modules with Epic EHR.
• Ensures charge capture, coding, and charge-master management are optimized.
• Drives AR follow-up, denials management and appeals tracking.
• Delivers real-time revenue integrity dashboards and analytics.
