Presbyterian Healthcare Services is looking for a Senior Enterprise Strategy Leader to guide service-line strategy and market development. This role oversees strategic initiatives across the organization and serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, particularly the Vice President of Strategy.

Acts as the primary extension of the Vice President, Strategy for assigned portfolios, provides leadership to the Strategy team, and converts complex clinical, market, operational, and financial evidence into recommendations, decisions, and measurable action.
Enterprise Leadership Owns an enterprise-wide and multi-service-line portfolio rather than a single project, department, or analytical specialty. Integrates physician, clinical, operational, financial, market, technology, and partnership considerations into enterprise recommendations. Leads strategy professionals and establishes methodologies, prioritization processes, quality standards, and accountability across the function.
Serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on high-value, high-risk, and difficult-to-reverse strategic decisions. Functions as the primary deputy to the Vice President, Strategy. Maintains accountability for both strategy development and governance of implementation, including outcomes, milestone achievement, and course correction. Regularly develops and presents recommendations for executive and governance review.
Lead development and periodic refresh of multi-year service line strategic plans. This role is designed to support enterprise priorities across multiple service lines. For compensation evaluation and job leveling purposes, leadership should identify the initial portfolio and the largest anticipated initiatives.
Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Finance, or a related discipline preferred. Experience Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in: Healthcare strategy Strategic planning Business development Finance Corporate development Healthcare operations Management consulting Leadership
Demonstrated leadership of complex enterprise-wide and multi-service-line strategic initiatives. Proven experience partnering with executive leaders, physician leadership, and other senior stakeholders. Demonstrated success leading teams directly and/or influencing large matrixed, multidisciplinary teams across the organization. Preferred Credentials Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) preferred. Other relevant professional certifications or credentials may be considered based on candidate background and experience.
