Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management to lead the identification and management of enterprise risks and provide oversight to Exelon's risk program. The role partners with senior leadership and the Board's Audit and Risk Committee to drive risk‑aware decision making.

The position directs development of risk indicators, bowties, and management model reviews, and liaises across Compliance, Audit, and Risk teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the utility industry with exposure to risk management, finance or strategy.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise risk management and analysis (40%).
• Prepare agendas for Risk Management Committee, Audit and Risk Committee, and Emerging Issues Steering Committee (30%).
• Lead special projects, consulting, and ad hoc business team support on risk issues (20%).
• Manage internal communications, administration, budget, and coordination (10%).
