Job Summary Lead the University’s Enterprise Digital Marketing Strategy and Digital Experience The University of Kentucky is seeking an Executive Director, Enterprise Digital Marketing Services to join the University’s enterprise marketing and communications leadership team. This senior leadership position will guide the University’s digital marketing strategy, marketing technology ecosystem, website governance, CRM operations, analytics, and search initiatives. The Executive Director will lead enterprise digital marketing services, oversee key platforms including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Drupal, and partner across the institution to improve digital experiences, drive measurable results, and support strategic priorities.

Effective digital marketing, integrated technology platforms, and data-informed decision-making are essential to advancing institutional priorities and delivering seamless digital experiences. Master’s degree and experience leading multiple digital teams, functions and platforms. Experience in higher education, healthcare, athletics or another complex organization serving multiple audiences is preferred. Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Drupal, analytics and the responsible use of AI is also preferred.
