Job summary

The Rector & Visitors of the University of Virginia is seeking a Senior Director for Enterprise Applications to lead the ITS Enterprise Applications portfolio during a two-year transformation period. This role reports to the AVP and coordinates across student, admissions, and data platforms, ensuring reliable, scalable operations and strategic ERP initiatives.

As Deputy to the AVP, you will guide leadership, manage enterprise teams, and drive modernization efforts including Workday/OneUVA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 10 years of relevant leadership and technical experience.
• Experience leading large, complex technical teams with ERP focus.
• Significant ERP (HR/Finance/Student), integrations, reporting, and security experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise application teams and align with architectural vision and priorities.
• Ensure operational excellence across student, imaging, and admissions systems.
• Drive ERP optimization, data warehouse efforts, and student system enhancements.
• Provide executive insights and manage change across stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor management, and strategic investments.
