Behavior Interventions, Inc. seeks an Executive Director for Mt. Joy, PA, to oversee Enhanced ABA and ABA programs, ensuring compliant operations and high-quality services. Position includes supervisory responsibilities across centers and collaboration with clinical leadership.

The role requires travel to multiple centers, strong administrative skills, and experience with group meetings, performance coaching, and crisis intervention. Remote work is limited to occasional days per week as needed.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in education, applied behavior analysis or psychology.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• 5 years experience working with adolescents with severe problem behavior.
• Obtains crisis intervention certification (PCM/Safety Care) and maintains annual certification requirements.
• Willingness to travel throughout specified counties for administrative and operational site visits.

• Oversee EP/ABA programs administration and staffing.
• Coordinate administrative and operational center coverage and scheduling.
• Lead performance improvement and professional development across centers.
• Attend trainings, performance meetings, and supervision meetings with leadership.
