ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Wayne, PA is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead daily clinical operations at our Wayne location, ensuring high-quality ABA therapy and clear communication among BCBAs, RBTs, and other team members.

The role involves managing BCBAs and RBTs, supervising treatment plans, providing direct feedback, conducting assessments, and supporting the ABA Academy of Excellence with regional data. Travel may be required.

Competenze

• BCBA certification required.
• 5 years of ABA experience preferred.
• Clean background and driving record.

Mansioni

• Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality.
• Supervise daily implementation of behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Provide direct feedback to staff on clinical implementation.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients.
• Support extended assessment opportunities (FBA, FA, preference assessments).
• Make monthly check-in calls with families.
• Support ABA Academy training by analyzing regional data.
• Travel for assessments and oversight of the clinical team.
