Behavior Interventions, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director to oversee Mt. Joy EP/ABA programs, ensuring high-quality service and compliant operations.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, trauma-informed practices, and program development across EIBI, CBSI, and EP contexts. The candidate will hold a Master’s in education, ABA, or psychology, with 5+ years of supervisory experience, and PCM/Safety Care certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, applied behavior analysis or psychology.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience working with adolescents with severe problem behavior.
• Crisis intervention certification (PCM/Safety Care) and annual certification.
• Willingness to travel across counties for site visits and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Enhanced ABA Program and MT. Joy EP/ABA programs, staffing, scheduling, and resources.
• Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to support families, treatment teams, and organization.
• Supports professional development of staff and conducts supervision.
• Provides crisis management support and acts as trainer for PCM/Safety Care; leads center goals and cross‑department communication.
