Job summary

Behavior Interventions, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director for Mt. Joy, PA, overseeing EP/ABA programs. The role requires leadership, staff development, and strategic management of clinical operations, with travel to other centers and sites as needed.

The position is full-time, exempt, with hybrid work options and a start salary of $125,000 per year, plus benefits. Remote work is allowed up to one day per week to ensure center coverage.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in education, applied behavior analysis or psychology.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid crisis intervention certification (PCM/Safety Care) and annual renewal.
• Willingness to travel across specified counties for site visits.
• Ability to pass federal/state background checks and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Mt. Joy EP/ABA programs, staffing and scheduling with billable units in mind.
• Manage administrative/operational functions and quality control measures.
• Lead staff development, training and coaching; conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate center coverage, travel for site visits and program supervision.
