Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is recruiting an Executive Director, Emergency Services (RN) for a nonprofit health system in a growing Midwest metro. The role oversees 3 EDs, including a Level I trauma center, and is onsite with relocation required.

Active RN licensure with a master’s degree and 5+ years of ED leadership are required. Strong leaders who can develop teams and improve ED performance will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and master’s degree.
• Five years of ED nursing leadership in a complex, high acuity setting.
• Level I trauma emergency experience; multi-hospital leadership preferred.

The position will lead 3 EDs, including an adult Level I trauma center. This is an onsite position for a leader willing to relocate to the Midwest.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and master’s degree
• At least five (5) years of ED nursing leadership in a complex, high acuity setting
• Level I trauma emergency experience required; multi-hospital leadership preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and improve ED performance

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary up to $210k annually (dependent on experience) + annual bonus opportunity of up to 20%
