New Reach in Tempe, AZ invites a Managing Director, Owners Club to lead strategic direction, growth, and member experience for our flagship executive membership community. You will shape brand strategy, drive revenue, retention, and programming while partnering closely with Pace Morby and executive leadership.

The role is highly visible, demands executive presence, and requires leading a team to deliver high-value experiences for accomplished entrepreneurs and real estate investors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
• Proven track record leading premium membership or high-touch communities
• Experience building strategies for sales, retention, and lifetime value
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting
• Executive presence and ability to engage founders, entrepreneurs, and investors
• Experience developing leaders and high-performing teams
• Willingness to travel for events and strategic initiatives

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision and strategic plan for Owners Club
• Own performance metrics: revenue, acquisition, retention, profitability
• Lead brand direction, market positioning, and differentiation
• Collaborate with Pace Morby on scalable programming and experiences
• Coordinate with Sales on pipeline and enrollment quality
• Develop curriculum and member-centric programming
• Drive retention, renewals, and lifetime value
• Represent Owners Club at events and strategic initiatives
