Job summary

New Reach Careers, LLC in Tempe, AZ, seeks a General Manager for Owners Club to lead strategy, growth, and member experience. This executive role partners with Pace Morby and senior leadership to scale a premium, membership-driven community of experienced entrepreneurs and real estate investors.

You will own brand strategy, revenue, retention, programming, and long-term business growth while building a high-performing team and representing the club at major events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership across growth, revenue, and member experience.
• Proven success leading premium membership organizations or high-touch communities.
• Ability to translate vision into scalable strategies for sales, retention, and engagement.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operating-plan skills.
• Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder credibility with founders and investors.
• Experience developing leaders and high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel for events and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategic plan for Owners Club.
• Own revenue growth, member acquisition, retention, engagement, and profitability.
• Lead brand strategy, positioning, and market differentiation.
• Collaborate with Sales on pipeline development and enrollment quality.
• Oversee curriculum development and program offerings to deliver high value.
• Build and manage a high-performing Owners Club team with clear accountability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive member journeys.
• Represent Owners Club at events and strategic initiatives.
