Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an experienced Execution Sales Specialist within the Equity Derivative Sales team in a fast-paced front-office trading environment. You will drive client adoption of electronic options execution while deepening relationships with institutional and hedge fund clients, coordinating with Trading, Product, Research, and Coverage to shape our electronic options offering.

Qualifications

• Front-office markets experience in equity derivatives and electronic execution sales.
• Strong knowledge of options, volatility fundamentals and market structure.
• Proven ability to drive client engagement and deliver execution solutions.
• Deep understanding of electronic execution workflows and microstructure dynamics.
• Excellent relationship management, communication and influencing skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed and client-focused mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Active FINRA registrations (e.g., SIE, Series 7, Series 57, Series 63) or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with institutional and hedge fund clients.
• Support and execute options and volatility related flow across electronic workflows.
• Pitch ideas and updates to algo offerings and market color to drive platform adoption.
• Partner with Product, Trading, and other teams to shape workflow development priorities.
• Coordinate with internal partners to optimize end-to-end client experience.
• Gather client and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and roadmaps.
• Adhere to risk policies and post-trade controls; ensure accurate entries and timely resolution.
• Represent JPMorgan Chase at client meetings and industry events.
