Job summary

J.P. Morgan’s Electronic Execution Sales team seeks an experienced execution sales specialist to sell algorithmic trading products and represent cash execution capabilities across program trading and high touch.

You will own and deepen relationships with our institutional client base, tailoring solutions to their needs and collaborating with product, coverage and trading teams to shape the direction of our execution offering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of execution/electronic trading sales experience with US equities
• Active FINRA registrations: SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 (Series 55/57 a plus) or ability to obtain
• Deep knowledge of US market structure, electronic execution workflows, and institutional client landscape
• Strong relationship management, communication, and consultative selling skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with institutional clients, delivering tailored execution solutions and acting as SME across electronic equities execution
• Partner with Product to translate client feedback into product development priorities
• Coordinate with coverage, product, and trading teams to optimize end-to-end client experience
• Gather client and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and risks
• Represent JPMorganChase as a brand ambassador at client meetings and industry events
• Tailor and distribute content to targeted accounts to drive engagement and position the firm as a market leader
