Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an execution sales specialist for its Equity Derivative Sales team on a fast-paced trading floor in New York. You will drive client adoption of electronic options execution while representing the broader equity derivatives franchise.

You will own and deepen relationships with institutional and hedge fund clients, aligning liquidity, workflows, and product suites to client needs alongside cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Significant front-office markets experience in equity derivatives or electronic execution sales.
• Strong knowledge of options, volatility fundamentals, Greeks, and market structure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with institutional and hedge fund clients across electronic options execution.
• Support client requests and coordinate with trading and product teams to execute options flow.
• Pitch options and volatility ideas to drive adoption of electronic platforms.
• Partner with Product and internal stakeholders to shape execution-workflow priorities.
• Coordinate with EDG Coverage, Product, Trading, Strats/Quant, and Research for end-to-end client experience.
• Gather client and market intelligence to inform sales strategy and product roadmap.
• Understand and comply with risk controls and regulatory requirements.
