Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an execution sales specialist to drive client adoption of electronic options execution capabilities on the equity derivatives platform.

You will own relationships with institutional and hedge fund clients, coordinating with Trading, Strats/Quant, Product, Research and Coverage to shape the electronic options offering. Key responsibilities include client engagement, day-to-day execution support, and delivering market color and trade ideas to increase platform adoption

Qualifications

• Significant front-office markets experience (8–12+ years) in equity derivatives and/or electronic execution sales.
• Strong knowledge of options and volatility fundamentals (Greeks, volatility, skew, term structure, event risk).
• Demonstrated ability to drive client engagement and deliver consultative execution solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with institutional and hedge fund clients across electronic options execution and listed options.
• Support day-to-day coverage and execution; collaborate with trading and product teams to execute options and volatility-related flow.
• Pitch options/volatility trade ideas and updates to algo offerings to drive adoption of electronic options platform.
• Partner with Product and internal stakeholders to translate client feedback into workflow and platform development priorities.
• Coordinate with EDG Coverage, Product, Trading, Strats/Quant, and Research to optimize end-to-end client experience.
• Gather client and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategy and product roadmap.
