Michael Kors is seeking a hands-on retail leader to steer a multi-market business across the East Coast and Canada. You will coach District Managers and store leaders, set clear expectations, and drive sales with in-store execution and data-informed decisions.

You’ll plan territory goals, work with cross-functional partners, conduct regular store visits, and analyze profitability while developing talent across regions. This role emphasizes accountability and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant retail experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience leading high-volume, multi-unit retail environments across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage territory, district and store goals; track progress to meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies supporting business goals.
• Frequent store visits to ensure standards and compliance.
• Analyze expenses and sales figures to maximize profitability.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify events and opportunities in markets.
• Analyze metrics by district to drive results.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain regional talent.
• Communicate objectives to senior management and store teams.
