Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States; no sponsorship.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans to drive incremental sales, identify merchandise and inventory opportunities, and utilize cross-functional partnerships.
• Make timely business decisions and own both successes and opportunities.
• Act as a strategic liaison for corporate retail initiatives and ensure field execution aligns with business objectives.
• Empower, develop, and inspire store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead efforts in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining high-performing General/Store Managers through succession planning and strong market presence.
• Continually evaluate team and individual performance, setting SMART goals and providing feedback.
