Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking an Executive Director in Minnesota to lead a team of educators, partner with families, and drive the center’s success. This role focuses on delivering high-quality early childhood experiences, ensuring compliance, and building strong community relationships.

The Executive Director will manage staff, collaborate with parents and licensing authorities, and use business and marketing acumen to grow enrollment and center impact.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication with families, staff, and partners.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Read/write/speak English to connect with children and parents.
