Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director in Minnesota to support the Center Director in leading staff, families, and operations. You will help drive enrollment, maintain accreditation, and ensure high-quality early education across classrooms.

With KinderCare’s curriculum and supportive teamwork, you’ll engage parents, teachers, and local authorities while assuming diverse roles as needed.

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.
• Serve in various roles as needed, including teacher, cook, and/or driver.
