Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks an Executive Director to lead a center with a passion for high-quality early childhood education. You will hire and mentor educators, partner with families, and work with licensing authorities to ensure excellence.

You will leverage business and marketing know-how to grow the center's presence in the community, while delivering exceptional learning experiences for children and families.

Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience.
• Love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Ability to physically use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to connect with children and their parents.
