KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Center Director to lead a team of educators, partner with families, and drive community engagement at a center in Minnesota. You will ensure high-quality early childhood education, manage operations, and uphold licensing standards while growing the center’s enrollment and reputation.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience developing, engaging, and inspiring a team.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Able to use a computer with basic proficiency and lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Able to work on-site at the center daily.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

• Hire, engage and develop a team of educators to be passionate and committed professionals.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Use business, sales, and marketing savvy to grow KinderCare’s presence in the community, leading to enrollment growth.
