Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Executive Director in Minnesota to lead centers, hire and develop top educators, and build strong community relationships. You will partner with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and corporate partners to drive quality care and education.

With our world-class curriculum and accreditation processes, Executive Directors guide staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance while expanding our presence and impact in local communities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a dynamic environment where play and discovery go hand-in-hand.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to connect with children and their parents.
