Job summary

KinderCare Education seeks an Executive Director to lead a center with a passion for children and families. You’ll hire and develop a team of educators, partner with parents, and build strong relationships with licensing authorities and the community to deliver high‑quality care.

You will use your business, sales, and marketing savvy to grow the center’s presence, ensure an exceptional learning environment, and drive positive outcomes for children every day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience developing and inspiring a team.
• Demonstrated love for children and a passion for daily impact.
• Ability to build relationships with families, staff, and partners.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, and multitasking.
• Budget and revenue accountability experience preferred and valued.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Ability to meet state guidelines and requirements.
• Proficient computer use; read/write English; physical activity as needed.
