Job summary
University Health in San Antonio is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to oversee the administrative and clinical direction of all dialysis programs, including inpatient, outpatient, home dialysis, and jail services. You will partner with Medical Directors to grow and optimize care, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead system-wide improvements.
The role requires RN licensure in Texas, a Bachelor's in Nursing (Masters preferred), and at least 3 years in dialysis leadership, with
Qualifications
- RN licensed in Texas with current license.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 3 years as a clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis.
- Experience in leading multi-site dialysis operations is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication, bilingual in Spanish/English a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical services across dialysis sites to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise and mentor staff; drive recruitment and staff development.
- Manage operating and capital budgets to meet financial goals.
- Develop and update policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Represent dialysis services in community and professional forums.
