Responsibilities

• Lead the unified Data Management & Enablement function across the organization.

• Represent data domain in architecture reviews and cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with Enterprise Data & AI and Enterprise Architecture to align standards.
• Drive regulatory compliance and data quality initiatives (e.g., GxP).
• Build and mentor a high-performing data engineering and analytics team.
