Qualifications

Strategic focus on enterprise data strategy and governance.
Experience leading organizational data programs and data platforms.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Owns segment-wide data strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap.
Unifies data engineering, governance, and AI/automation into a single operating model.
Oversees data platform governance, architecture decisions, and cost management.
Set strategy for applying AI/automation to business processes; lead citizen developer programs.
Lead and develop senior leaders; ensure high performance in a fast-moving domain.
Partner with C-suite to translate business objectives into data/AI priorities.
