Job summary

National Cooperative Bank. N.A. seeks a Manager, Data Strategy and Governance Office to lead enterprise data strategy, governance, and AI enablement. Reporting to the CIO, you will coordinate with business and technology leaders to align data assets with regulatory, risk, and growth objectives.

The role oversees governance, architecture, data quality, metadata, and content management while driving modernization and responsible AI initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in data management, governance, architecture, analytics, information management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale data governance and data strategy programs.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture, data warehousing, and data integration platforms.
• Experience supporting AI, ML, analytics, or automation initiatives.
• Experience leading data quality, information governance, or enterprise content management programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bank's enterprise data governance and information management programs and establish governance frameworks.
• Define and oversee processes for monitoring compliance with data policies and standards.
• Establish KPIs/KRIs related to data governance, quality, and information management effectiveness.
• Oversee enterprise data products, metadata, lineage, and data stewardship programs.
• Lead data strategy execution, operating model, ROI, and portfolio management.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize data initiatives and modernization.
• Drive data architecture modernization and integration standards for platforms and analytics.
• Promote responsible AI through data controls, transparency, and governance alignment.
