MEM Insurance seeks a Director of Data, Analytics & AI to lead enterprise data strategy, analytics capabilities, and AI/ML practice. You will partner with executives to transform business priorities into data-driven solutions delivering measurable impact.

This role governs data platforms, ensures compliant, scalable data assets, and guides responsible AI initiatives while building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leadership in data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• 3+ years of leadership experience within complex programs.
• Experience creating and executing enterprise data strategies and governance programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business transformation through data.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEM Insurance’s data, analytics, and AI strategy and governance.
• Oversee scalable data foundations, analytics platforms, and responsible AI initiatives.
• Partner with executives to translate business priorities into data-driven roadmaps.
• Manage AI/ML practice, ensuring reliable, scalable solutions with measurable impact.
• Establish model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retirement standards.
• Drive enterprise adoption of AI-enabled tools and foster innovation with governance.
