Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a CrossBeam Product Line Product Director (Executive Director) in its Optical Communications division to lead the flagship space optical communications portfolio.

You will report to the Vice President of Optical Communications and guide product strategy, delivery, and growth across the CrossBeam family. This executive role requires strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, extensive DoD-facing program experience, and the ability to drive partnerships, budgets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in program leadership and customer facing engagement in aerospace and/or defense product development and manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading high-tech development and manufacturing teams.
• Working knowledge of DoD and/or Federal procurement practices.
• Experience managing large diverse teams and complex programs; driving solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with leadership team.
• Ability to setup and drive customer meetings, negotiate with partners, build customer relationships.
• Experience in matrix organizations and managing direct/indirect structures.
• Advanced degree in technical or business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead CrossBeam product family and ensure production schedules.
• Deliver year-over-year growth in the product portfolio.
• Drive new business pursuits to accelerate portfolio growth; manage backlog on time and at budget.
• Oversee engineers, production staff, and program managers.
• Establish and cultivate relationships for CrossBeam success.
• Develop technology roadmaps and manage technical investments.
• Lead annual operating and capital plans and budgets.
• Nurture innovations and ensure excellent customer support.
• Ensure the organization is structured to meet business needs and generate revenues.
