Job summary

CACI International seeks a CrossBeam Product Line Product Director (Executive Director) in the Optical Communications division to lead the flagship CrossBeam product family, delivering on production schedules and driving year-over-year growth. You will guide engineers, production staff and program managers toward success, cultivating key internal and external relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in program leadership and customer facing engagement in aerospace and/or defense product development and manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading high-tech development and manufacturing teams.
• Working knowledge of DoD and/or Federal procurement practices.
• Experience managing large diverse teams, complex programs and portfolios, and driving creative solutions to operational issues.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and the ability to work in a leadership team.
• Ability to set up and drive customer meetings, work with capture teams to negotiate agreements and partnerships with competitors, drive solutions and pricing strategies; build and sustain favorable customer relationships.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with direct and indirect reporting structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CrossBeam product family, delivering production schedules and year-over-year growth.
• Drive new business pursuits to accelerate portfolio growth and deliver backlog on time and budget.
• Oversee engineers, production staff, and program managers and cultivate internal/external relationships.
• Develop technology roadmaps, manage technical investments, and engage in growth/capture activities.
• Lead annual operating and capital plans and budgets.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
