Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years in program leadership and customer-facing engagement in aerospace and/or defense product development and manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading a high-tech development and manufacturing teams.
• Working knowledge of DoD and/or Federal procurement practices.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and the ability to work in a matrix leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CrossBeam product family, delivering production schedules and year-over-year growth.
• Develop annual operating and capital plans and budgets.
• Drive new business pursuits to accelerate portfolio growth and capture opportunities.
• Oversee engineers, production staff, and program managers to meet commitments.
• Establish and cultivate internal and external relationships for CrossBeam success.
