Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing or strategy.
• Experience with Silicon Photonics, Integrated Optics and related technologies.
• Ownership of a product roadmap from concept to commercialization.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing and sales.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap development across the Integrated Optics portfolio.
• Define market segmentation, customer strategy and business cases for new optical products and technologies.
• Lead product positioning and go-to-market for silicon photonics and optical packaging solutions.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling market value propositions.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing to align requirements with capabilities.
• Drive pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategy.
• Present product strategy and opportunities to senior leadership.
